We look forward to opening our doors at Elea for one day of Pulsed Electric Field discovery and insights, here at our custom-built facility for developing PEF systems and applications in Quakenbrück, Germany.

The event will focus on the application of Pulsed Electric Fields for drying processing and how to reduce costs, accelerate the drying and improve the quality of dried products, capturing more of the natural shape, flavour, aroma and colour of the fresh produce.
Another focus is set on the field of extraction and how to improve the extraction of
valuable substances and increase the yields for yeast, algae, vegetables, wine, olive oil, meat and more.
Due to high demand we have included a potato special about potato chips and French fries!
As a grand finale, we will taste different dried fruits from the young start-up Frudist in a PEF tasting, as well as snacks and PEF products during dinner.
